Great hotel lovley staff centre of glasgow straight across from train station booked up again.
Lively, friendly atmosphere, good location, warm welcome and no real negatives.
Stayed at the hotel previously with a more spacious room, therefore assumed room would have been same size as before but room smaller which was slightly disappointing however did not overall affect my stay. Would recommend and no doubt stay again..possibly rquesting same size of room as last time.
Everything was well over what was expected of the price quality hotel
Staff were all helpful and friendly, rooms clean and comfortable, good value for money and excellent location for railway station and city centre shopping.
Location to central station, good value for money. Friendly staff especially reception and breakfast staff. Clean and good sized room, Good selection of breakfast food.
Breakfast was served luke warm on both days on cold plates. Smell of curries from previous night in the dining room. room 405good size but only a sky light and half the room had sloping ceiling causing me to knock my head or have to duck every time I was over that side
My daughter and I loved our room and how accessible the hotel was for shopping, the riverside, and even for the city tour bus (stop 10)! We would definitely recommend the Artto for location, value for money, cleanliness and comfort.
The location is great. The city is great and the value for money of this hotel is great too. I would book this hotel again for a short break.
The last night of my stay I ordered twice a wake-up call, because I had an really early morning flight /at 6 A. M./, but no one woke me up. This is outrageous and unacceptable. I do not want to think what would have happened if I had missed my flight.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel did not however have a room where you could go online or print something out, but the staff sorted that out for me. The location is very good, just across Glasgow Central station and most of the shops were in the neighbourhood.
I have stayed at the Artto before and it is very central for my visits to Glasgow. Modern clean hotel with friendly staff. Good value and excellent Indian meals next door.
very loud, absolutely not insulated (freezing in winter) and not even a lounge to sit..frankly, there are better places in Glasgow
reception staffs attitude was apalling. so unfriendly, rude and unhelpful. based on that i shall not be staying at artto hotel again unfortunately as it really put me off.
The hotel is really next to the central station.
Toilet water never stop flushing.
No tea & coffee facilities due to electrical fault
Central location near railway station.
Entrance lobby as a bar.
